This course aims to strengthen participants' communication skills so that they can express themselves fluently and confidently in professional situations. Participants will practise writing formal emails, participating in meetings and discussing work processes.
Participants will be able to communicate clearly in most professional situations, explain business matters and respond effectively to simple business enquiries.
